Job description:
  • Study tender documents, drawings and related documents to perform volume calculations for projects.
  • Compare tender volume, clarify tender volume, prepare quotations for the Employer/Engineer.
  • Check the volume quoted by subcontractors; cross-check the volume by internal calculation against subcontractors' quotations.
  • Calculate and measure detailed volume.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department/Direct Line Manager.
 
Request:
  • University degree or higher, majoring in: Construction, Construction Engineering, Construction Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Competent at interpretation of drawings and detailed calculation for structural work, finishing, steel structure, infrastructure, landscape, etc.
  • Competent at information analysis and synthesis.
  • Have a good command of English communication and office software.
  • Careful, responsible and able to work under high pressure.
