Job description:
a. Design of construction methods:
- Read and understand the Project's design contents in released-for-construction drawings;
- Deploy basement construction methods and complex construction methods;
- Prepare schedule for implementation of detailed drawings and construction methods drawings and implement procedures for drawing approval;
- Monitor the approval of drawings by the Employer or the Designer;
- Update the listing of released-for-construction drawings;
- Prepare as-built drawings;
b. Site coordination:
- Create and update shopdrawing library according to the Company's standards;
- Provide construction methods and shopdrawing library for the Site according to the Company's standards;
- Support the Site Steering Committee on issues related to the implementation of shopdrawing and construction methods.
c. Research & training:
- Building a library of construction methods as a guide for the implementation of construction methods in accordance with the Company's standards;
- Research and improve the process of making shopdrawing and construction method drawings.
d. Reporting and archiving:
- Make weekly/monthly reports;
- Make full archive of electronic files and information on coordination of construction methods implementation;
- Carry out tasks and instructions from direct line manager
