Job Description:
  • Plan and schedule the implementation of the assigned work.
  • Research, understand and implement construction according to approved construction methods.
  • Manage and control the Construction Team/Subcontractor/Supplier within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
  • Manage and deploy shop drawings for assigned areas and items.
  • Responsible for occupational safety, progress and quality of the area in charge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief of Staff/Director.
Requirement:
  • Graduated from University or higher with majors: Civil and industrial construction, Construction engineering, Architect and related majors.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
  • Communicative English, Office Informatics.
  • Enthusiastic, careful, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work.
  • Communication skills, teamwork skills.
  • Willing to travel far on projects.
