Job description:
  • Carrying out the work of peeling volume, making quotation...
  • Making progress and deploying construction drawings;
  • Supervising subcontractors, MEP construction team, quality control plan and construction progress at site;
  • Directly in charge of construction implementation, construction management/supervision (progress, quality, volume, safety, hygiene) assigned items/area under the guidance of direct managers;
  • Planning and periodically reporting for construction management/supervision on site to direct management level - meeting the company's QA/QC/ISO system;
  • Contact subcontractors, make purchase and sale contracts, monitor and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Acceptance of MEP items;
  • Management of construction records system: is responsible for controlling and keeping complete records for the area under his/her management.
Requirement:
  • Graduated from University or above majoring in: Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal and Refrigeration and related majors;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • English communication or more, Proficient in office computer, Autocad, Revit is an advantage;
  • Enthusiastic, careful, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work;
  • Good communication, teamwork, management and organization skills;
  • Willing to work on remote projects.
