WEALTHCONS TOPS OUT THE GARRYAA DA NANG HOTEL PROJECT

On December 4th, Wealthcons proudly hosted the Topping-out Ceremony of the Garrya Da Nang Project – a significant milestone marking the completion of the structural phase of this 4-star international-standard hotel. The Garrya Da Nang Project, comprising 3 basement levels and 12 above-ground floors, is situated in a prime location in Da Nang City and will be operated by Banyan Tree, a prestigious Singapore-based group renowned for managing and developing luxury resorts and hotels.

Throughout the construction process, the Wealthcons management team overcame numerous challenges, including completing a 20-meter-deep basement in the heart of the city and successfully constructing a 1,000m² transfer slab at a height of 10-14 meters. These tasks required seamless coordination, precision, and absolute safety.

We sincerely thank the esteemed Investor, Supervisory Consultant, and all subcontractors and suppliers for their continuous support throughout the project. Wealthcons believes that, with this collaboration, Garrya Da Nang will soon become a new landmark in the heart of the city, delivering exceptional value to the community and the region.
