WEALTHCONS OFFICIALLY APPOINTED AS MEP GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR KING’S COLLEGE WIMBLEDON HCMC

On August 12, 2026, Wealthcons held the Groundbreaking Ritual for King’s College Wimbledon HCMC, officially marking the commencement of MEP works for one of the most prominent international education projects set to open in Ho Chi Minh City.

Developed by Masterise Education and located in the heart of The Global City, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, King’s College Wimbledon HCMC builds upon nearly 200 years of educational heritage from King’s College School, Wimbledon, which was founded by Royal Charter in 1829. Spanning nearly 2 hectares, the campus is designed by international architecture firm Broadway Malyan and is expected to accommodate up to approximately 1,500 students. Key facilities include a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, Science & Technology laboratories, dedicated arts spaces, and a 500-seat auditorium.

As the project’s MEP General Contractor, Wealthcons continues to demonstrate its capabilities in delivering projects with demanding technical, quality, and operational requirements. The groundbreaking ritual not only marks the beginning of a new journey for the Wealthcons team, but also sets the foundation for close collaboration among the Developer, Project Management Team, Supervision Consultant, and General Contractor toward a shared goal: Safety – Quality – Schedule.
