On the morning of March 3rd, the Topping-Out Ceremony for the expansion phase of S.I.S Can Tho International General Hospital was held in a shared sense of pride. As we once reaffirmed our determination to bring the project to completion, behind the radiant photos and celebratory handshakes this morning lies:

- Over 200 relentless days and nights on site.

- Mud-stained boots after sudden downpours of the Mekong Delta.

- And the satisfied nods from the Project Management Team as every work package achieved the standard of “Zero Defect – Zero Accident” — not a single flaw, not a single incident before stepping down from the scaffolding.

For the Wealthcons team, topping-out is not merely the placement of the final concrete slab at the highest level. It marks the moment we affirm our expertise in delivering a structurally sound reinforced concrete framework — ready to shelter advanced medical facilities, peaceful recovery wards, and the very “hearts” that beat in life-saving missions.
