Recently, nearly 100 students from the Faculty of Architecture at Vietnamese–German University (VGU) participated in a practical site visit at the Springville construction site, where Wealthcons is directly executing the works. Through hands-on engagement with the Site Management Team, students had the opportunity to:
- Experience the real working environment of the construction industry while still at university
- Gain a clear understanding of how a construction site is organized, operated, and coordinated across disciplines
- Observe meticulous construction processes and practical approaches to safety and quality management
- Clearly recognize the roles, responsibilities, and professional mindset of architects and engineers in real-world projects
By facilitating site visits and practical exposure, Wealthcons aims to:
- Equip students with practical knowledge and essential professional skills from an early stage
- Contribute to shaping a future generation of engineers and architects with solid technical foundations and the right professional mindset
- Accompany the education sector in developing sustainable construction human resources and creating positive value for society
The visit served as a meaningful bridge between academia, construction sites, and enterprises, reflecting Wealthcons’ commitment to not only building projects, but also nurturing people and long-term value for the community.
