GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE ORCHARD @ SYCAMORE PHASE

On April 16th, Wealthcons in collaboration with the investor CapitaLand Development (CLD), solemnly held the ground-breaking ceremony for The Orchard, the first gated low-rise housing area within the SYCAMORE master project.

The Orchard @SYCAMORE spans 9.1 hectares and includes 368 low-rise residential units, comprising 168 townhouses, 144 semi-detached villas, and 56 detached villas, all developed by the renowned Singapore-based CapitaLand Development. The location of The Orchard phase features a direct view of the central lake, establishing a strong geographical advantage with mountain and water orientations in the heart of the New City (Binh Duong).
