As part of the series of periodic training activities of WEALTH LEARNING Club, WEALTHCONS held a sharing session "Project management skills" chaired by Mr. Nguyen Luong Tri Quang - General Director.
With more than 20 years of valuable experience in the profession, Mr. Nguyen Luong Tri Quang has had a lot to share about management skills for the team of Project Director, Heads/Deputies of Departments, Site Manager/Deputy Site Manager, QS and other team members. In particular, through specific situations, the General Director gives an objective assessment, shares lessons and problem solving in project management.
Through the training session, the members of the WEALTH LEARNING Club were expanded with more knowledge (Mindset) and (Tools + Skillset) about management such as: Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Progress, Foreign Affairs, etc. to confidently and bravely conquer the projects that are and will be constructed.
