On July 15, 2026, Wealthcons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Package P07 – Main Construction Works for the High-Rise Towers of the MAIA Ho Tram Project.

Under the contract scope, Wealthcons will undertake the construction of two high-rise towers, comprising:

Tower A: 33 storeys, 587 guest rooms

Tower B: 34 storeys, 620 guest rooms
