WEALTHCONS AND THE INVESTOR CONSORTIUM OFFICIALLY COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION OF PHUOC AN GATEWAY PROJECT IN PHUOC AN COMMUNE, DONG NAI

On the morning of January 15, Wealthcons, together with the investor consortium, officially commenced construction of the Phuoc An Gateway Project (the social housing development on a 2.1-hectare site in Phuoc An Commune). In addition to its role as a consortium member in project development, Wealthcons is also responsible for design and construction works. With extensive experience in delivering large-scale developments, Wealthcons is confident in elevating the quality of social housing to standards comparable to commercial residential projects.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by leaders of Dong Nai Province, representatives of local departments and authorities, investor representatives, partners, subcontractors/suppliers, and Wealthcons employees.
